Do you take walk-ins?

No. Neelo Luxe Studio is appointment-only, seven days a week. It is how we keep one guest in the chair at a time. Book online or call (437) 473-1010.

How much does balayage cost?

Colour services start at $45, with balayage priced according to hair length, density and how much lift is needed. Full colour work ranges up to around $350. You will have an exact price before anything starts.

Do you offer bridal trials?

Yes. Bridal packages include a trial alongside wedding-day hair and makeup, starting from $185. A wedding morning has no undo button, so the trial is treated as part of the service rather than an add-on.

Which areas do you serve?

The studio is on Lakeshore Road East in Port Credit, and regularly sees clients from Lorne Park, Clarkson, Lakeview, Mineola and Cooksville, as well as across Mississauga, Oakville and Etobicoke.

How do I book an appointment?

Book online at any time, or call (437) 473-1010. Appointments run seven days a week, Monday to Saturday 9am–6pm and Sunday 9am–5pm. Hours can vary, so booking online shows real availability.

Where can I park?

Street parking on Lakeshore Road East is $1.50 an hour. There is a free municipal lot about three minutes away (L5G 3R6), and free parking on the residential streets nearby.

How long does a balayage appointment take?

Around three to four hours from start to finish, depending on length, density and how much lift is needed. Worth planning your day around.
